Join us at Watch This Space Walk-in outdoor cinema for 2 great short films about beautiful places at risk of fracking and the fight to protect them! There will also be a free feed.

The fight against fracking is important to many in Mparntwe and the films will be framed with a discussion of the campaign to stop fracking in the NT.

Frackers are the closest they have ever been to turning the region into an industrial wasteland and wrecking the climate in the process. The film features Kimberley Traditional Owners, climate scientists and economists from The Australia Institute to produce Fighting Giants.

The Walk-In is an under-resourced cinema and we rely on a BYO hospitality attitude. We will provide warm food, fire and film, and request that you bring your own deck chair, swag, thermos, soup vessel, blanket and anything else you might need to keep yourself comfortable. 

Please note this is a dry event, there will be no alcohol served or permitted. It is family friendly, dog friendly, it is friendly to all.
