Have you ever wanted to see your artwork battered with a small rubber ball, over and over, by two or four active spectators?
In partnership with our Gap Rd neighbours, the Alice Springs Squash Association, Watch This Space is excited to announce our 2nd annual commission for the Squash Court Exhibition. For the annual fee of $100.00 we have purchased the advertising banner on 1 x Court at the squash centre and it’s ready for you, for our year-long Squash Court Exhibition. WTS invites artists from all experiences and backgrounds to submit an artwork proposal for the Court banner.
Artist fee: $1500
Dimensions: 6400m x 425mm
Deadline: 20th April, midnight
Timeline
EOI due: 20th April, midnight.
Artist/s notified: Mid May.
Finished artwork file, ready for install: Late June, TBC.
Opening event: July, date TBA.
Artwork on display: July 2023- June 2024.
WTS will provide the panels for your artwork and install the work on your behalf. The artist fee is expected to cover a contribution towards other materials needed for your artwork.
