A collaboration between WTS and community members/artists:

Lion Heart Association 信狮团 (@lha_liondance )

Lion Heart Association is a lion dance group based in Alice Springs. Our mission is to inspire unity, harmony, and meaningful connections within all communities while upholding the values of righteousness and courage. As we welcome the Chinese New Year 2025, the Year of the Red Snake, we celebrate its embodiment of compassion and renewal. Through the resonating beats of our drums and the dynamic movements of our lions, we aim to spread blessings and joy to all.

Fathiah Raihan (@fathiahraihan )

Fathiah Raihan is a henna artist, creative producer and emerging multidisciplinary creating from the south-eastern suburbs of Naarm (Melbourne). Inspired by cyclical natures, ephemerality and intimacy as ritual, her slow works carry forward a cultural lineage of intricate conversations between human-nature-other through henna, printmaking and batik. Connecting diasporic hands, she translates stories of grief and strength towards a language for a new century.
