A 30 minute documentary exploring Men At Work's song Down Under, and the copyright infringement case that haunted them almost thirty years later. With interviews from band members and their collaborators, the film explores the fraught relationships between influence, copyright and the ownership of music.

A personal story, which is intertwined with a political revolution to portray the destructive effects of political revolution on a person’s life. Using existing photographs of my father from family albums, archival newspapers and iconic photos of the revolution, the work portrays his absence in my life, the revolution’s impact on my family, stories around revolution and my never-ending remembrance of my father through historic and current politics of Iran.
Craig The Child Consumer - Nelson Armstrong (4:37)
Three characters tell the story of ‘Craig the Child Consumer’; a large, monstrous child eating IT worker. Having recently had an article published about him in the local paper he has come to the trio’s attention, they mutually decide that intervention is necessary. This initial selfless decision to help a lost beast is quickly turned into a self-profiting money venture, exploiting Craig’s story and turmoil, shamelessly reaping the benefits

At St Mary’s Anglican Home, Alice Springs, 1953, two best friends go head to head auditioning for the lead role in a movie, and face the prospect of leaving the Home for good.

The Walk-In is an under-resourced cinema and we rely on a BYO hospitality attitude. We will provide warm food, fire and film, and request that you bring your own deck chair, swag, thermos, soup vessel, blanket and anything else you might need to keep yourself comfortable.
Please note this is a dry event, there will be no alcohol served or permitted. It is family friendly, dog friendly, it is friendly to all.
